`derive_dialect!` reads sqlparser's source tree during expansion and embeds
its own build directory in the proc-macro binary. Expansion fails when
only compiled dependencies are available.
- Capture `Dialect` signatures in sqlparser and pass them as macro tokens.
- Remove the filesystem search and embedded manifest directory.
- Add a CI regression that deletes dependency sources before compiling
and running a consumer; run it with `python3 dev/test_derive_dialect.py`.
Direct `sqlparser_derive::derive_dialect!` callers must enable sqlparser's
`derive-dialect` feature (or `visitor`). Both crates need coordinated
releases: the new derive macro requires sqlparser's new helper.
