### What is the problem the feature request solves?
We do not currently support casting from long to timestamp. The relevant
test in CometCastSuite is ignored:
```scala
ignore("cast LongType to TimestampType") {
// java.lang.ArithmeticException: long overflow
castTest(generateLongs(), DataTypes.TimestampType)
}
```
