The current status is that we have several changes in branch `logical-types` for #12622. Where the `Scalar` is introduced and the next step is to complete the tasks left in #12622. Remove ScalarValue::LargeUtf8/Utf8View/LargeBinary/BinaryView. The change in `logical-types` is huge -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
