@alamb I pushed 4607643 which adds some nice APIs for partition values. In particular I think it's important to have a way to prune based on partition values + file level statistics (https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/15935). However I can't implement it for `ListingTable` since the trait is defined in `physical-optimizer`.
