## Which issue does this PR close? - related to https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/17558 ## Rationale for this change I have hit rate limit issues in the past when I didn't set my github token correctly, and @xudong963 reported something similar here: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/17558#issuecomment-3531704481 ## What changes are included in this PR?
