For the primop stuff (and some other minor problems), please have a look
at the documentation changes I did a few feeks ago:

For some of the build problems on the target machine, I'll send some
patches to cvs-ghc@ this day (actually the first one already sent).
For the hsc2hs problem: no idea (yet), I'm still waiting for my testbuild
to fail (or finish) at some point.
