Learn to read. I was specifically told the order would begin processing before the old pair was received. I demanded expedited and upgraded shipping more than two weeks AFTER the new pair were supposed to be shipped. The glasses were ultimately shipped on October 15, a full month after my order. (As it turns out, the glasses are terrific.) All of my exchanges with them were very polite and positive and they ultimately resolved the problem to our mutual satisfaction. I will probably consider ordering from them again, but I have definitely adjusted my expectations about quick turnaround.
