I am having problems with Goggles4u regarding exchanging glasses. I received mine over a month ago with a big drop of glue on the outside of the frame. They have not been very helpful in giving me information to exchange the frames. I finally got fed up and asked to just return them and get a refund, and then they sent me the return or exchange address, the e-mail wasn't clear. After that they have not responded to any of my questions. I might contact the credit card company or the BBB to try to resolve this. It's very frustrating because I do like the frame style. They are very cool. I just want ones that don't have a visible glue glob.
