I'm having the exact same problem. I ordered sunglasses, and they just....well,they're not usable.
So I've been trying to get a replacement....It's now been a month since the original order. I really don't understand why it takes A WEEK for them to reply to an email with a non-automated response. I finally got the authorization to order a replacement, and ordered the replacement...a week ago.
