Three years ago, I had glasses that I purchased from another retailer (not online) adjusted happily at the optical store in the Aspen Medical Offices on the second floor of their Bandana Square location. They mentioned that they adjust frames whether they were purchased there or not -- there may even have been a sign saying just that. It's only a few miles from that Target.
