You are right, they do not advertise this service on their website. I recently sent a block of emails to many of the low-cost opticians asking about high-index relensing - out of the few that actually replied, Optical Chic were very helpful and eager to offer a 'special checkout' option just for relensing.
I am still waiting for my new frames from another vendor (also coming from Hong Kong) to arrive. I'll send then in to Optical Chic and see how it goes. I recommend emailing them directly and tell them you want a relensing of existing frames, they should offer the same to you.
