I received 2 emails from them prior to the sale. Neither mentioned terms and conditions.. Indeed, I accepted their invitation to shop early and pick out my eyeglasses. I did not notice any terms and conditions on their web pages during that visit over the previous weekend either. The first I heard of single vision limitation was after contacting their customer service who then pointed me to the web page link for the terms and conditions of this sale. That said, I'm not necessarily complaining about their terms and conditions, I'm complaining about the misleading ads I received via email which deceived me into spending time shopping for glasses under a false pretense.. Furthering my disappointment was their complete failure to acknowledge my letter to them. They obviously just don't care.
