I would`t know what a knock-off is. The expression is too idiomatic
for me. (english is not my native tonge). The frames do not say
"Oakley" Just Corkscrew, so I guess they are not "real" Oakley. I
don`t mind at all since I don`t believe "brand" frames are better than
others. I do not know if there is an "Oakley Corkscrew" frame. The
frame is precisely as shown in the web. Also, at the time I wrote the
post, I did`t know what the lenses were made of. The web lacks
information as regards lens material. I was curious, so I wrote to
them. They answered that they are made of 1.56 policarbon. If so, this
makes them even cheaper.-
