I am having issues with getting glasses from Optical4Less. They sent me a pair which they took liberties on with it being a rimless pair. I had specified my current pair size. Meanwhile they added over 15mm to the width of the glasses to my current size. They also removed about 6mm from the height. The result is a very wide and very thin pair of glass that is way out of proportion. Duh, if you wear glasses that are 120mm wide would you want to jump to a pair 135mm wide?
So anyway, they said they would send me another pair at half price. I bought it figuring the funky first pair could be a pair of backup glasses or that I could use the frames for something else. The replacement pair was completely wrong. wrong frames, wrong lense shape and wrong perscription. They were for somebody else's. They asked for photos and they could see they are totally the wrong glasses. I thought that was a stretch because how many people can jump through all these hoops. Then they said no worries and that they had to fix the problem. Now they will not send me my glasses until they receive back the wrong pair. I explained that I forked out the money and if the company made a mistake then the company needs to use their own money to fix it. I asked them what they would do if they had spent $175 for a pair of glasses and had so far receive two wrong products. Would they spend more money on this issue *before* receieving their order? Anyway, I never agreed to pay to send them their glasses back but I did agree to send them back. I offered to do the shipping work but not to pay for it. Now they say they have no means by which to send me a shipping label. This is a bunch of bull.
