I ordered a pair of glasses a month ago from eyeglassliquidators.com.
I payed for 3-5 day delivery but I am yet to receive the glasses.

I have emailed them without response and I have called them 10 times
and spoken with three different people. I have gotten 4 conflicting,
stories about why my glasses have not been sent to me. Yes, one of the
employees has even contradicted herself once saying that she could see
in my order that they had been shipped and the second time I spoke
with her claiming that she has never seen the order before as it just
came in a couple of days ago, even though I spoke with her regarding
that order a week earlier.

I have gotten promises at a number of occasions that I will be
receiving my glasses withing "the next few days". The supervisor has
even "guaranteed" that I will get them sent the following day,
expedited shipping. Of course these have been false promises.

On Monday I spoke with an employee who promised to call me Tuesday to
tell me about the progress and swore that she would have them sent
Wednesday (today) and I would receive them Thursday (tomorrow). Do you
think they called? nope. Do you think I'll receive them tomorrow?
Neither do I.


I have lost over 200 bucks to this fraud of a company. Watch out for
them!
