I think I have figured out the deal with Zennioptical. They have their
glasses made in China where it's cheaper. With the increase in
popularity of their website they've had larger orders. larger order
get stuck in customs more frequently, hence the delays. I've been a
zenni fans for about 2 years now. typically I would receive my order
in 2 weeks time. This time I ordered in February and hadn't gotten my
glasses. First I emailed and when I didn't hear back I called. The
gentleman was quite nice and said they would remake them and email me
when the order was to be shipped. 2 days later I got an email saying
customs had released the shipment. Today I got a tracking notice that
my glasses were being shipped. I've experienced the customs issue with
another site I frequent. (Inchiban kan ).

My advice is to call instead of emailing.
