OK Paul, you're going to have to explain that first suggestion of
yours, as it doesn't seem to make sense (or maybe it's just my
ignorance).

Why would he change the OS Sphere to -2.25 from -2.50?
Dropping the cylinder and axis in the OD Rx is understandable as it
would hardly be needed anyway, but why lower the sphere in the left
eye?  It's not like it's going to affect the pricing of the lenses at
this strength.

Please enlighten this poor starving mind. ;)
