It won't affect anything, as that's what your Dr. prescribed in the
first place.
All Paul was saying is that a .25 diopter astigmatism would hardly be
noticeable.
So if you have it, or don't have it, you probably wouldn't notice the
difference.

Your best bet is to leave it the way your Dr. prescribed it.
