I've used them a number of times and never had to sign a thing. The
packages are typically small as well. There really would be no excuse
for them not to simply leave them in the box.

Regardless, in all the pairs I've ordered, only one from Goggles4U
(shipped from Pakistan) required anything more of me than opening my
mailbox or opening my front door to see them waiting on the concrete
outside.
