I'm not a pro, but what I would do is try glasses with  -1.00/-1.00 or
-1.25/-1.25. I started using equal eye prescriptions many years ago,
and it eliminated my 0.25 difference on eye exams.

You might even want to test out a theory of vision improvement and try
glasses between +0.50 and +2.50 for close work, reading, and computer
use. Some of these are even available in dollar stores, making it a
very cheap experiment.
