It should be fixed by the programmers, the translators shouldn't have
to specifically shorten there text just because the coders did not
make the text wrap, or the menus expandable to the maximum length of
text. Some strings can't be shortened because they are already as
consise as possible, and making them shorter would take out some of
their meaning, or make them confusing.
