this seems to be a typo problem (in the dicts files, or in the
function that uses ["financial"][68], or an include problem (like a
missing global $lang in the function that uses ["financial"][68], or
also maybe a problem of an "hardwritten" sentence, like echo
"<p>Activate commercial informations</p>" instead of
"<p>".$lang["financial"][68]."</>"

I'm sure you'll find the bug :)
