I don't know if I can make suggestion in the email but here it goes:


-          Template for ticket tasks.

o   Ex.: A request management ticket to create user in the company is open. The 
helpdesk technician needs to do several task associated to that ticket (create 
user in AD, create email account, allow access to VPN, etc). Every time a 
ticket is created to create a user those tasks need to be performed.  The 
helpdesk technician should have a task template that would create all the task 
that he need to do.
