Sorry, i came back now from the holydays, not full ended, so i'm bit
outdated on glpi and i think i'll keep some more weeks to be back in
sync.

But if i remember right for the july mail of -dev list, will be
implemented also a ``quik insert'' form for technician (usefoul for
adding calls with the user on phone).


Yes, this feature is now implemented in the CVS version

I think that for normal user, lookup by user (itself) and by computer
name will sufficies (i've just a label on every computer that state,
for every, computer name, ID, inventory ID and some other info
It is not hard to print (gathering data via ODBC) this label...).

But for technician will be usefoul to provide a more flexible query,
for me:

        + user name
        + computer name
        + inventory ID/serial 2
        + serial
        + direct insert of glpi ID

All these one are already include in the helpdesk on the CVS version.

Try to use eth quick insert feature for the techs. Maybe it is not useful... We can do somme change on it.

A lot of features have been added since July... The list is too long to be written here ;)
