First, I want to say how much I love GLPI, I've been looking for  
something like this for a while now and am really excited to be using  
it.  It's already replaced three other systems I was using and if I  
can get Mail Gateways to work, it will replace all of my IT admin  
systems by itself.

I am having trouble getting my Mail Gateway to pull tickets into the  
helpdesk.  I set up the gateway, and it seems to be connecting to the  
IMAP server just fine, when I enter an invalid password it gives me an  
error, but with all the settings correct it always says, it seems to  
connect to the server fine and always returns "Number of available and  
retrieved emails: 0" when I manually click the "Get Email Tickets Now"  
button.

I'm now running 0.71.2, on Ubuntu LTS, PHP5, Apache2.

I may be just configuring things wrong, does this have something to do  
with the mail server possibly?  I've tried two different mail servers,  
including one on a host that I know is using cyrus for IMAP.

Any help would be appreciate and would help me also knock out my old  
ticketing system and move everything to GLPI, my users are  
unfortunately accustomed to dealing with the ticketing system almost  
solely through email, so I would like to at least allow them to  
instantiate tickets by sending an email.
