I'm new on GLPI and i just wanted to know....
Is there any posibility of update one ticket ( add a new follow up )
just by answering the email that is generated once a new ticket is open??
I mean, someone creates the ticket..... i recive one email asking me to
do whatever in that ticket... i finish that work and i want to tell that
guy that the work is done, but i don't want to fill that ticket via
Http:\\whatever\glpi , i want to answer the email that i recieved and
glpi automatically adds what i wrote in the email as a NEW FOLLOW UP to
that ticket
