Hello, we get "No right to import data" when trying to import a model that
links Lease Schedule Numbers to Computer Serial Numbers. We found that
this means, because we do not want to create new computer records, but
only update existing computers, the serial number must exist.
We were trying to do this as Super-admin, which you'd think should have
access to everything. Then, we found that we have to be in the same entity
as the computers being updated, which is rather inconvenient, since we
want to manage the contracts at the Root Entity level, and you'd think the
Root Entity should be able to see all the child entities.
But we're still finding that one particular serial number will not import.
We get the "No right to import data" error, even though the Serial Number
exists in a Computer record, and that Computer is in the correct Entity,
and we're trying to do the file injection from the same Entity.
Does anyone have an idea as to why this wouldn't import?
