Then select the entry you want to delete.

If you use some automation like FusionInventory or OCSInventory-ng that 
integrate
with GLPI, you don't have to manually manage this since the respective agents 
will collect
the information and populate all the fields, even Service packs and so forth 
for you.

Here FusionInventory differentiates between Server 2008 R2 Standard and 
Enterprise for example.
Since it does that automatically for me, I don't have to care myself :-)
