PS. Oui, nous sommes basé en Suisse et nous sommes très contant d'utiliser GLPI :) Nicolas Schluchter IT Support Specialist -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Simon,Mathieu Sent: jeudi 6 septembre 2012 17:46 To: Liste de diffusion des utilsateurs de GLPI Subject: Re: [Glpi-user] how to delete a software version? G'day Nicolas (the list will also accept french mails, so in any case you're more comfortable with that) > I can´t find a way to remove it... Any clue? Setup -> Dropdowns -> (Os) Operating systems -> Search Then select the entry you want to delete. > On a side note, How do you handle software and version ? If you use some automation like FusionInventory or OCSInventory-ng that integrate with GLPI, you don't have to manually manage this since the respective agents will collect the information and populate all the fields, even Service packs and so forth for you. Here FusionInventory differentiates between Server 2008 R2 Standard and Enterprise for example. Since it does that automatically for me, I don't have to care myself :-) Regards, Mathieu BTW: You seem to be based in Switzerland?
