Hi,
I am configuring tickets and everything seems to work but there is one problem.
When somebody sends an e-mail and a ticket is automatically created, I want to 
auto assign the computer (associated element in the tickets) from that user to 
it (the computers are in GLPI via fusioninventory).
Now I think this should be possible and if it is possible then it has to be 
done via the business rules but I don't know how.
Could someone explain me what criteria I have to use and what actions and how 
they should be configured ?
If it is not possible, I would like to know it also but I am now waiting to 
implement because I don't find the solution for this.
