I just installed Gmail Offline and after downloading the instructions say "To start Offline Gmail after installing, open a new tab in Chrome; In the new tab pane you will see a Gmail Offline Icon. Click on the icon, and Offline Gmail will load.". There is no Gmail Offline icon (of course it doesn't say where the icon should be or what it looks like).
