On mine it is not the default view for a new tab. I have to click the [image: Inline image 1] button which appears in the bookmarks bar, top-left or I use the 'Chrome App Launcher' which is pinned to my taskbar (can't recall if I pinned it there or it did). Either way it is under Start>All Programs>Google Chrome.
