I believe this change is due to the bug fix of LagrangeInterpolator (GMT-4089).
Both IAUFile and ICRFFile use the LagrangeInterpolator.

I have finished looking at the GUI regression results and there is only one
issue that may need further analysis. It seems the command summary for the
EarthICRF coordinate system has changed for most commands while it has not for
other coordinate systems (GMT-4109). Otherwise there are no other major issues
with rc2.
