Please read Wendy's latest comments for GMT-4089. The truth file needs to be
updated for this issue. I'm returning GMT-4089 to you and will put Tetyana and
Tom in Watchers list. Please let me know if you're not the correct person to
update the truth file and if I should assign it to someone else (maybe Tetyana?)

I believe this change is due to the bug fix of LagrangeInterpolator (GMT-4089).
Both IAUFile and ICRFFile use the LagrangeInterpolator.

I have finished looking at the GUI regression results and there is only one
issue that may need further analysis. It seems the command summary for the
EarthICRF coordinate system has changed for most commands while it has not for
other coordinate systems (GMT-4109). Otherwise there are no other major issues
with rc2.
