Oggetto: Re: [Gmsh] Gmsh, MadLib and mesh adaptation

Hi Guilherme,

Mesh adaptation is a very different feature from mesh generation. I believe
that adding this feature to Gmsh would further increase the power of this
excellent software.

Why would you want to integrate this on gmsh? Gmsh is a mesh generator.
You can integrate and use both gmsh and MAdLib on a C++ program, for example.

Dear Gmsh Masters,

I gave a look few days ago at the MadLib library that does mesh adaptation.

I found its features very interesting.

I would like to know if there is any plan to integrate some of this mesh

adaptation capabilities into Gmsh?

Thanx,

Nicolas
