Dear florian thanks for your help. I installed the DSSP in the root. It is working well when I run ./dssp in DSSP directory. It seems that the program don't have any problem. As you said I already set an environment also but any of them did not working. It made me crazy that everything is ok, Installing the dssp and also defenition of dssp directory but still i get the previous message.
