Got it checked in as of #10820, with a small change. I had just
renamed all the other host os constants as they're currently not being
used, and were conflicting with system defines of the same names on some
platforms. So it's now AMIGAOS4_HOST.
You saw the other changes in gui/am-frags/aos4.am to build the files
once you add them ?
