Perhaps instead keep a few lines blank at the bottom that could be edited by someone without technical knowledge, moved to the appropriate place in the table if the editor feels comfortable doing so, or else leaving it to someone who does. Having two pages with the same information is, to me, an open invitation to a maintenance nightmare.
