I'm using gNewSense 2.2. Don't have time to play around with it too
much, I've been very busy.

As a long time Slackware user I don't have much experience with deb
packages, but I will read the man pages.

So you guys have your own repositories or you use the Main/Universe
from Debian/Ubuntu?

For myself, I rarely use apt-get, normally I compile from source.
