I've been using rdiff-backup: http://www.nongnu.org/rdiff-backup/.
Previously I was using rsync to do incremental backups, see
http://www.mikerubel.org/computers/rsync_snapshots/.

I'm not familiar with rsnapshot and Backuppc, but compared with rsync
backups rdiff-backup deals more efficiently with large files with small
changes between snapshots, see
