To split hairs, the megaraid driver was replaced c. 2005 with a new one, which abandons some of the old hardware. You can imagine how I know this, but it's true, the LSI-branded stuff seems to always work well. I've got a stack of three of 'em sitting on my workbench for a nexenta box (they work well on multiple OS's). -Bill -- Bill McGonigle, Owner BFC Computing, LLC http://bfccomputing.com/ Telephone: +1.603.448.4440 Email, IM, VOIP: [email protected] VCard: http://bfccomputing.com/vcard/bill.vcf Social networks: bill_mcgonigle/bill.mcgonigle _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss/
