Just for a comparison, the room we had for the LBS planning meeting at the Sheraton Tara would have cost us $320 for the evening, but they wanted our business and made me a deal. When we tried to get the hotel in Concord for the Concord meeting I was able to get one shot of a free room with the number of dinners in the dining room at least 16. When we tried to re-book with the same for the next month I was told it was a one time thing and the room would cost us $120.
This has been the problem with changing locations being a free no-fee group (not complaining, just explaining). Jerry >I don't think we're beyond asking for a few dollars.
