Hello, world! I need some help, here. I'm trying to create a TWiki Form for the BBQ sign-up, and I'm having no luck. I tried to follow the instructions[1], but nothing happens. I've never used this feature to create a form from scratch before, so I don't know what to expect.

I tried adding the page name to "WebPreferences"[2] under WEBFORMS. I tried creating a new page. I looked for a way to add my attempted form to a new page or the same page. Nada. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Goose egg. Does not compute, Will Robinson. The instructions say "With WEBFORMS enabled, an extra button is added to the edit view" but I never saw it. The instructions seem to imply it should be obvious. Maybe it's so obvious I can't see it. Maybe something's broken and so I'll never see it. Maybe I'm just an idiot. If anyone knows how to get the farking thing to work, I'd much appreciate the assistance.
