Looks like the web form is working. My sincere thanks to everyone who helped to get that done. I fleshed out the instructions a bit.
Do we know what time we want this to be? The usual time is 7 PM, but I'm thinking we might want to start a bit earlier for a BBQ. Something like "4 PM to at least 7 PM" might be good, but I don't want to impose on our hosts, nor drag things out too much.
