There are drivers for the Qlogic FC board in the Linux 2.3.4x kernels
AFAIK. Unfortunately, I don't happen to know which specific Qlogic
models are supported by them, but if someone's got the time to grab
the kernel tree, burst it open and look, then we'd know. Otherwise,
I can do it at home tonight.
AFAIK, there are no Linux drivers for the Emulex LP6000/7000/8000/...
boards, and probably won't be from what I can tell. The LP7000 is
also sold by Compaq, as the KGPSA-BC. Evidently, there are a lot of
issues around how much proprietary design information that would
Emulex is (un)willing to expose at this time. I can't say for sure,
and I'm NOT an official spokesperson. I'm sure they're aware that
Linux exists...
