Lori, Did you check this out? Bills in congress will start with either a H (house of Rep.), or S (Senate). There are HR, SR, etc. but I don't know of any nnnP designation. SR602 provides for congressional review of IRS rules. HR602 establishes long term care insurance for federal employees. There are no House resolutions, Senate resolutions, joint resolutions, or concurrent resolutions with a number 602. The email tax is a known urban legend, altho several members of congress are believed to have backed off from plans to do so, when flooded with responses to the alarm.
