I completely agree about this being an unnatural act, but have you ever
tried to teach a 5yr old to type, and about case-sensitivity? We need to
start him out slow, in a nice GUI window manager, point-and-click and
all.... A nice, easy to use, desktop system (most likely Mandrake) to 
start. Then, by the time he's 6 or 7, he'll be a bit more open, and we
can throw Debian on for him, when he's 10 he can get started on
Perl..... Sorry, getting a little bit ahead of myself here ;-)
