This is a problem at your ISP, not your system. Either their system is not
configured to accept and spool mail for your domain, or the DNS records for
your domain do not list them as an available MX (mail exchanger). Either way,
bug them. Once that is setup, sending the ETRN command is simple --
"fetchmail" provides a useful interface to that.
