It is not provided by an RPM file; it is built by the Linux kernel makefile
on-demand when you invoke the various non-linear interactive configuration
interfaces. See $LINUX_SOURCE/scripts/lxdialog/ for the gory details. (The
source files it gets built from are in the kernel-source package.)

This will not help. :-) First, it is not contained in an RPM, so RPM won't
find it. Second, even if it was contained in an RPM, RPM will only tell you
this if it is already installed.
