For all poor souls (and I'm one of them) forced to use M$ LookOut (due to
work, school, etc), I do not know of a way to "turn off" VB script execution
globally but according to Outlook's own docs if you hold down SHIFT when you
open a message it will prevent any VB script in that message from running.
Of course, I don't know how reliable that is.  In addition, if you use the
"Messages with AutoPreview" option, then you're system's infected as soon as
the message hits you...Outlook is kind enough to open the message for you.  

"Where do you want to go today?"  How about straight to hell???   :-)
